🌳 Alexandra Park 10k
Club athlete Tariq Mullan took part in the Alexandra Park 10k.
A hilly, 4-lap course provided a real test for runners in hot conditions.
Despite the testing route and warm weather, Tariq managed a fine time of 45:45.
☀️ GOOD CRIEFF
Gary Watt's fine road running form was put to the test in the Crieff 10k.
Switching from the road to this multi-terrain event, Gary faced the challenge of a mixture of roads and trails, with over 220m of ascent.
Rising to the challenge, he ran an impressive time of 40:29.
⛰️ Ambleside 14k trail race
Alastair Skelton ran the hilly Ambleside 14k trail race in hot conditions, finishing in 8th position with an amazing time of 1:22!

🔥 VETERANS RELAYS
Friday 11th July saw the keenly awaited rescheduled Scottish Veteran Harriers Club relay event.
Cancelled in January due to freezing conditions, the new date saw the mercury tipping 29 degrees on a hot summer night.
The club fielded one full men's team and one full women's team, as well as some partial teams.
Despite the scorching conditions, the men's and women's teams each managed a creditable 6th place in their respective events.
