🏃🏻 GAA Miler Meet
Two Harriers took part in the Glasgow Athletics Association Miler Meet on 23rd July.
⭐️ Fraser Armstrong was 2nd in Heat 5 and ran 1500 metres in 04:12.22 (PB!!) 💪🏻 Scott Cockburn was 4th in Heat 1 of the 5000 metres in 16:22.19. A season's best!

🌿3k on the Green
On Friday 25th July, seven Harriers took part in 3k on the Green.
🏅 In the Women’s Race, Rosa Donaldson of Bellahouston Harriers placed first with a time of 10:23.
Brent Brodie finished 7th overall in 09:42, closely followed by Lee Shaw in 09:49. David Johnston ran the 3k in 10:59, Barry Mitchell 11:52, Kevin Smith 12:17 and Carol Keenan 17:10.

⛰️ Falkland Hill Race
On Saturday 26th July, making his Bellahouston Harriers debut, Lewis Sinclair took to the hills for the Falkland Hill Race completing the 6 mile route in 58:28.
🌳 Acorn Trails Rouken Glen Trail Race
On Sunday 27th July, six Harriers ran the Acorn Trails 5-mile event in Rouken Glen park.
🥇 On this hilly, two lap course Kristina Glynn finished first female in 37:46 and Deirdre Parkinson was 1st in her age category, well done to both!!
Simon Parkinson finished in 45:09, followed by Magda Thomas, Gordon Gallacher and Steph Rudd.
