๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ 21 Harriers made the journey across the Forth and a remarkable 484 entrants took part in the menโ€™s race, resulting in the start being extremely busy as runners jostled for a good starting spot.

๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป The Harriersโ€™ first four finishers from the Cumbernauld Scottish Athletics Cross Country Relays took part. Greg Templeton was the first Harrier home in 12:29 to claim 62nd place. Scott Mason had a very good run and finished second Harrier home in 13:32. Mike Holcroft improved considerably on his run at Cumbernauld to finish 3rd in 13:40. Fraser Armstrong was fourth clocking 13:45. The Harriersโ€™ team finished in 19th place out of a field of 42. It was great to have Iain Morrison back in the mix as he made his return to X country.

๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ The lady's team was led home by Kristina Greig in 16:05. Emma Rogerson took nearly 2 minutes from her Cumbernauld time to finish 2nd harrier in 16:17. Katherine Hylands ran 16:35 to finish 3rd and Angela Campbell was 4th in 18:09. The team finished in 22nd place. It was great to welcome Lisa Robertson to the mud as she completed her first X country in a Harriers vest.

๐Ÿ’™ Lexie Speirs was the sole junior Harrier on the day finishing in 9:28.

๐ŸŽช๐Ÿšš Big thanks to Scott Mason for driving the van, along with Greg Templeton, Mark, Matthew and everyone who helped with the club's gazebo.
